INGREDIENTS

In the Microwave, heat up the Trifecta rice and Ahi Tuna for 2-3 minutes. Let cool for at least a minute.
In a bowl, mix the tuna, sriracha, and mayonnaise. In a separate bowl, mix the rice with the sushi vinegar.
Add the mixture to the rice bowl. Top with edamame, cucumbers, avocado, and sesame seeds.
