First, cut both avocados in half and remove the pit. Using a spoon, cut out additional avocado in the center to make room for more shrimp.
Heat up the Trifecta Shrimp for 2 minutes in the microwave.
Cut up the shrimp into pieces and add into the center of the avocados. Top with diced Roma tomatoes, diced jalapenos, and drizzle lightly with the Bolthouse Farms dressing.
Top with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
