INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Large Portobello Mushrooms, stem removed
  • 2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes, diced
  • Fresh Basil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Spray Butter
  • Oregano
  • Fresh Mozzarella
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Garlic, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First, heat up a skillet or a grill. Then spray the Mushrooms with non stick spray. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from heat but keep the stove/ grill on.

  2. In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and basil together. Add the mix to the inside of the mushrooms.

  3. Top the mushrooms with cheese and place back on the skillet/grill.

  4. Cover and heat for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Enjoy!
