Luckily, with the right ingredients and a slow cooking process, pulled pork can be lean and still packed with the flavor you love. Try this recipe with you favorite lean cuts of pork or swap in skinless chicken thighs for a pork-free option! Works well with a paleo, gluten-free, or low calorie diet.

Trim extra fat from pork and add to crock pot.
Add the tomato sauce and seasonings to a bowl and mix together.
Pour the sauce over the pork chops.
Cook for 8 to 12 hours on low heat or until meat is fully tender and starts to fall apart.
