Brooke Ence rocked the fitness world in 2015 by qualifying for the Reebok CrossFit Games after just two visits to regionals. Since then she's beat PR after PR, developed her own Naked training program, overcome an intense spinal injury and delved into the world of acting. 1 M followers strong, Ence's fans flock to her Instagram for fitness inspiration and peeks into the everyday life of a professional athlete. To fuel her many roles, Brooke eats a ton of high quality protein (Trifecta chicken is her fave) and healthy carbs.
Brooke works with Working Against Gravity (WAG) on her individual macro needs. They adjust her intake of carbs, protein and fat based on how she's feeling and what she's doing that day. On a typical day she consumes 160 g protein, 205 carbs and 55 g fat. Below is an example day.
